Commercial manhole and paving repair in Nottingham
Nuvo Services completed external repair works at a commercial property in Nottingham involving replacement of a defective manhole arrangement together with repairs to uneven surrounding block paving.
Access, replacement and making good
The area around the existing manhole was opened up to allow the defective components to be removed and the chamber area accessed. Replacement works were completed before the surround was made good and the manhole cover reinstated flush with the surrounding surface.
Relaying uneven pavers around the repair
Uneven block paving around the manhole was also relaid as part of the same instruction. Combining the manhole repair with the surrounding paving reinstatement avoided leaving a new cover within an uneven or poorly finished external surface.
