Commercial refurbishment needs coordination as much as craftsmanship. Nuvo supports clients with refurbishment and improvement packages where multiple building trades need to be sequenced around a live property, access restrictions and a defined programme.

We can support individual room upgrades, office alterations, redecoration and flooring packages, joinery works and wider multi-trade improvement scopes. Core trades are delivered directly, while specialist requirements can be coordinated through our approved supply chain.

The aim is to give the client one accountable route from initial scope through to completion. Before work starts we establish access, programme, site controls and documentation requirements; during delivery we coordinate trades and communication; and at completion we provide the agreed close-out information.

Commercial property works frequently take place around staff, customers, residents, pupils, visitors or operational processes. We establish access, timing and site controls before delivery and coordinate the work accordingly.

DBS-checked engineers are available for appropriate occupied and sensitive settings. Job sheets, photographs and completion information can be provided to suit the client requirement, with RAMS and task documentation supplied where required.
